- ZHB series self-adjustable welding positioner consists of a working
table and pedestal.
- Working table can do two acts as revolving infinitely and tilted
within degree 0°～120°, which make the work-pieces (tank/pipe/tube)
at an ideal position for welding.
- Can add a chuck in the welding table to fix (clamp) the work-piece
well.
- With T-slots on the table surface for clamping work-piece.
Description:
Welding positioner is consisting of worktable revolving mechanism,
overturning device and electric control system. The work-piece can
be reach to the most suitable position through worktable revolving
and overturning device.
The worktable revolving controlled by step-less frequency
conversion to achieve a best welding speed.
Standard type welding positioner can't meet all work-pieces’
processing, please provide your work-piece’s weight, shape and
